Following a request from INEM (Portuguese Medical Emergency Institute), RODI has donated 15 stainless steel sinks to equip the Medical Emergency Module, internationally known as Portuguese Emergency Medical Team (PT EMT).

INEM’s Medical Emergency Module is certified by the World Health Organization (WHO) and is prepared to give a fast and effective response to serious accident situations and/or catastrophes, both in national and international contexts.

This structure has the capacity to assist a large number of victims, assuring the triage, the initial stabilization and the forwarding of victims to adequate health units and for the treatment of the minor medical situations.

Over the years, RODI has supported several institutions and relevant social causes, assuming a social responsibility as an important vector of its mission. Recognizing the national and international relevance of INEM’s International Medical Emergency Module, RODI is delighted to support this project.
